  It feels no time has lapsed.... Yet it has It feels extreme through my core... Yet nothing physical has happened It feels as if I have spoken for years... Yet virgin words remain unuttered So much to say Yet all attempts have failed Until called upon, I wait. Yet again, I wait....  Here, right here... Opening, and ever feeling Grounding and forever a student Continuing to be humbled Heart exploding with life lessons Teach me to love more....

In the deep, darkest of nights... I feel the softening of a sweetly ripened tenderness Yearning to merge as one with a simple breath And a merging, mingling eye connection That transfers more than a look and enables  A wisdom from time long ago In One look, two Universes converge Sacredness of a moment, the pause between breaths That moment of death and rebirth.  Oh, feel me move within your bones My soul touching yours Allow this love to merge and heal Beyond all conscious awareness of what is happening Allow the past to be there and dare to merge with the now. Breathe in and trust in the unfolding. Trust in the most powerful feeling within- love.  Breathe it, feel it, embody it, become it. 

Stand. Be One. Feel, dare to feel the grief you've put on the shelf. The one that you've been 'too busy' to feel. The one that isolates you from your loved ones because you feel that being vulnerable will make you weak. But my friend, vulnerability is a strength, and caring is needed now more than ever to bring back the equilibrium to the earth. Care, feel, breathe, tilt the tides that have been slowly controlled by a waning ability to feel. A lost awareness of how what is in one is in the whole. Of your birthright to experience everything in this human existence. Have courage, beautiful one. Feel the love you feel for another and notice the sacredness beneath it. The life force energy thundering and pulsing and brewing beneath. This is truth. The energy beneath. Feel it. Allow it to flow....You are not alone. There are more awakening to this. Be real. Be honest and your vibration will rise. The tide will be balanced. Turn from callousing your heart and embrace the open...
